Feb. 2022 – Springfield – The Northeast Chapter of the Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association (IPLSA), along with the IPLSA, published a reference book containing over 30 years of Dick Bales’ lectures, presentations and seminars given to Illinois surveyors entitled “Land Boundaries and Easements in Illinois”. This book was dedicated to him for his contributions to the profession of land surveying at the 2022 IPLSA Annual Conference with over 600 Illinois surveyors in attendance.
